Each day we check the entire production chain of the milk from the pasture to the barn, and we guarantee the welfare of the cows: we can obtain excellent dairy production only from cows that are healthy and well cared for.
The milk is processed in accordance with tradition and regulations in a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety, in efficient modernly equipped facilities. The work is completed with the art and skill of our cheesemakers.
Caseificio Torre Pallavicina ensures it always offers the best, and this is why it has obtained the IFS and BRC certifications, which guarantee the highest standards of food safety, and the CSQA certification of Supply Chain Traceability. The Grana Padano PDO produced by Caseificio Torre Pallavicina was the first to obtain the certification issued by CSQA for “Animal Welfare in Breeding” for all its stables, according to the CReNBA standard.
We are proud to be the first Grana Padano PDO producer to obtain DTP 122 certification.
